THERE ARE BENEFITS
TO PANELIZATION

A National Association of Home Builders study, in conjunction with the Wood Truss Council of America (now the Structural Building Components Association), found that construction of a 2,600 sq. ft. home with trusses and panels used 26% less lumber, generated 76% less waste, and was constructed in just 37% of the man hours of a similar, stick-built home.

Floor and Ceiling Systems

The unique layout of the William C. Wallace Prefab manufacturing facility allows it to completely frame your floor systems in sections up to 65 ft. in length by 16 ft. wide, using floor trusses, engineered lumber, I joists or standard dimensional lumber.

Floor panels come sheathed to allow for staggered installation of sheathing between sections.

Ceiling systems are  prefabricated with the application of strapping to allow for quick installation of interior wall panels. Using William C. Wallace Prefab floor and ceiling systems is a great way to complete any residential or commercial job quickly.
