Lance A. Niboli

PROJECT MANAGER

Lance A. Niboli, Project Manager was born, raised and resided in Windsor, VT for 43 years. He moved to Cornish, NH in 2006 with his wife, Cathy and two children, Felicia and Nevin.

Lance has worked in the building industry for over 23 years with experience in retail/contractor sales, some carpentry and many facets of the modular housing and building systems industry. Some of his duties in modular housing included warehouse management, purchasing, customer service and project management. He has an attention to detail and is willing to help others to “get the job done”.

In Lance's spare time, he enjoys hunting, coaching basketball and spending quality time with his family.
