Wallace Prefab Selected for Hampton Inn Construction

Portland, ME — Wright-Ryan Construction of Portland, Maine has awarded the framing contract for a new Hampton Inn to be constructed in Exeter, NH to William C. Wallace Prefab Corp.

Scheduled for completion in the spring of 2010, the new Hampton Inn is 70,862 square feet with 111 rooms and boasts a pool, meeting facility and fitness room.

Bill Wallace, the president of W.C. Wallace Prefab, stated that he is excited to be working with Wright-Ryan for the first time on this project, and believes the quality of Wallace framing components will lead to additional opportunities to collaborate with Wright- Ryan on projects in NH and Maine.
